Dear Sir,
For the first time in my life I placed a delivery order on 4th oct at 836pm from KFC to Nawaloka Hospital room 7726 and your tele representative like other delivery services mentioned 30min order delivery however to my disbelieve I had make many call and finally received my order at 1010pm, appreciate if you able to interfere and explain this delay as asked by this delivery boy he mentioned he was only dispatched few minutes ago from the union place outlet.
As a extremely disappointed customer in your delivery service I would like a apology and such set back doesn’t occur in the future and if such is expected please pre inform your valuable customers.
